Dental assistants are an essential part of every Heartland Dental supported office. You will help the dentist handle instruments and supplies during procedures, plus document patient care, take X-rays, impressions, and more. Beyond your certification, procedural expertise, and ability to collaborate with supervising clinicians, we recognize that dental assistants are accountable, reliable, and outgoing professionals who help foster a positive team-building culture every day and who are eager to learn.
Vacations, sick leave, and mental health days are critical. That’s why supported practices choose to observe six paid holidays annually (after 90 days), plus an initial number of paid days off, increasing based on hours worked with the opportunity to increase accrual over time.
