Whether you run administrative operations at a supported office or deliver business solutions for our national support team, our office and business professionals play a critical role in Heartland Dental’s success. That’s why we're looking for creative, results-driven people to join our non-clinical teams, from data scientists and educators working behind the scenes to practice managers and business assistants who connect with patients. If you are ready for an opportunity to help thousands of supported doctors and offices succeed while growing your career, then Heartland Dental is right for you.
Vacations, sick leave, and mental health days are critical. We observe six paid holidays annually (after 90 days for some roles). All full-time team members are eligible for paid time off, at least two weeks in some cases, upon hire.
The Heartland Dental benefits package has options to fit your personal and family needs: medical, prescription drug, and vision insurance, 100% free general dental services (provided in your office), several company-sponsored insurance policies, and more.
Depending on your role, we offer attractive starting salaries, bonus opportunities, access to flexible spending accounts for dependent care, College America savings programs, referral bonuses, and both Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans.
Your career is part of your life, not your entire life! At Heartland Dental, we strive to create an environment that encourages success and satisfaction in and out of the office. We’ll help you find the right balance for a fulfilling life.
As an office or business professional at Heartland Dental, your benefits extend beyond the compensation package. We want every team member to feel confident about their career journey and encourage them to pursue the various company-sponsored continuing education courses available through our network.
Whether you work in a Heartland Dental supported field office or at our headquarters, you’ll discover rewarding opportunities to support your community. From sponsoring the local tee-ball team to Free Dentistry Days, Heartland Dental supported offices are committed to giving back to the people and places around them.
Take your professional career to the next level with the latest news, trends, insights, and perspectives in the dental industry.
